Room Ortensia:(2026) min/max 100/160 €/day (price for 2 adults, breakfast included) – 150/210 for 3 adults

Room Camelia:(2026) min/max 90/140 €/day (price for 2 person breakfast included)

Price for single occupancy (room Camelia only): 85/120 €/day

Additional bed 35/50 € per person per day

Children 0-2 y.o. are free of charge (with no additional bed/baby cot).

The price includes all costs for water, electricity, heating and cleaning of the room and the rich  Italian breakfast .

Breakfast supplement for taste  of local cold cuts and cheeses: 7-10 € per person

The price is not inclusive of a touristic tax, which we are required to collect on behalf of the City of Baveno in the amount of € 1.00 per person per day up to a maximum of 15 consecutive days. Children under 6 years old are exempt from the tax.
